"The management is terrible. They sent me a link that didn't work to a document about a policy violation. I informed them the link didn't work and got a message telling me it was regarding an unauthorized pet in my apartment. I don't have any pets, not even a fish. They did not attempt to send me a link again and ignored all my messages about not getting the document and not having a pet. Every time I went to their office I was told the only person who can handle policy violations wasn't in the office, the first time I went was less than 10 minutes after getting the first message from her about a violation. Today a charge for a pet deposit and pet rent was added to my regular rent. I work from home so I know for a fact no one ever came to verify if I had a pet after being informed I don't have one, even after I sent a message telling them to do just that. This isn't the first time I've had issues with the management here, but this is the first time I'll be taking them to small claims court if the charge isn't removed from my rent. Do yourself a favor and don't rent here."

"We moved to this property in 2021 and lived there until this month. Overall, we had a good experience until the last couple of months. In July, we started experiencing a severe issue with mice, which was extremely troublesome given the small size of our apartment. We requested maintenance assistance for this problem on two separate occasions, since we were very desperate, but unfortunately, we received no response. In fact, our maintenance requests were repeatedly denied. Eventually, maintenance informed us that they would add our unit to a list for pest control to address the issue, but this never materialized. Consequently, we took matters into our own hands and hired a private pest control service at our own expense. The pest control professional indicated that the problem originated from a different apartment within the complex and that the apartment management should have addressed it promptly, which they failed to do (we still have the receipts). After moving out last week, we were charged $500 for carpet renewal. Which I don’t have an issue with the charge, however, the question remains: who will reimburse us for the expenses we incurred to resolve the severe mice issue that originated within their apartment complex and required us to pay for pest control out of our own pockets? They can easily charge us, but why it was so hard whenever we had the mice issue? This entire experience was deeply disappointing, and I cannot recommend this property to anyone based on how things were handled during the last months of residence, it’s not a good deal to be living with mice running around your house."
