"Think they care about your well-being and health? Think again. I struggle with chronic migraines and am completely healthy otherwise. Called Wednesday to get my prescription refilled, no answer left a message, emailed and called Thursday, no answer. Got a call back Friday as I’m packing to leave town shaming me for not coming in for my annual (the only reason I would be to ask for my prescription). Got a second call Friday after I left town saying I can only get my prescription if I come in in person. I asked if I could do video visit- she said no. I asked if I could get one pill and book an appointment for next week, got a “sorry you’re out of luck”. Healthcare is hard enough to navigate as it is. If I get a migraine, I have stroke symptoms and need to go to ER. They’d rather me risk that than refill my prescription. See ya never Dr Nance - I hope you and your front desk ladies are better to your other patients. Responding to the office's response - an appointment was NOT offered within 48 hours... you didn't even call me back within 48 hours."

"I want to mention I have never left a bad review about anyone…… especially a fellow health care professional. I am a physician assistant myself and felt as though the level of care performed by Dr. Nance was unprofessional and borderline inappropriate. The whole appointment was around 10-15 min long for an annual visit and before the visit started she was already requesting a review when I left. I brought up a concern about some weight gain over a short period of time and wanted to get my hormones checked and she proceeded to tell me that an imbalance of hormones do not cause weight gain which if the farthest thing from the truth. In addition she pitched weight loss plans and medication to me when I did not even have a BMI in the obesity range and told me I need to cut out carbs. Her bedside manner was not good as she started to judge the fact that I am a health care professional and did not want the influenza vaccine today in the clinic. I had to explain the fact that I’m working the next day and was going to get it at work. The phlebotomist was great, friendly and good at his job. Moving forward I would not recommend this provider and certainly would never bring anyone in my family there due to my most recent experience."
