"Our family met with a counselor years ago & the sessions went well. I contacted the practice months ago as there was a crisis and never received an email nor call back. In addition, A family member lost her mother to cancer was seeing a counselor during CoVID. Appts were cancelled and never any follow-up."

"Very disappointed. Went there because they claim to use Emotional Focused Therapy for marriage counseling. The partners recommended our therapist. Turns out he was not a LMFT or trained in EFT. He is not on either national directory. He lost complete focus and awareness in our sessions. When this was brought to his attention instead of owning this and using it to build trust in the therapy relationship, he became defensive and blaming. When going for marriage counseling make sure you see someone who is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and certified in EFT. Not just someone with an MA., LCPC."
