"I just "graduated" from treatment at PT Solutions in Wheaton and I have to say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff at this facility truly went above and beyond to ensure my recovery was both effective and enjoyable. The genuinely care about their patients. From the moment I stepped foot in the clinic, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to help. I couldn't see the, of course, because everyone was wearing masks. The therapists and staff ensured that everyone was wearing a mask, even though COVID risks had dropped to the lowest level. The staff were always sanitizing and equipment. Towards the end of my treatment, PT Solutions did drop the mask requirement and I got to see their faces. Confirmed: All smiles. The receptionists were always accommodating, taking the time to reschedule my appointments whenever necessary (twice). That flexibility made it easy for me to change my appointments after starting a new job. The physical therapists at PT Solutions are truly exceptional; Emily, Liz, and Christine all had a hand in my recovery. They demonstrated a remarkable level of expertise, answering all of my questions and encouraging me. They took the time to expertly evaluate my injury (plain old tennis elbow), come up with a treatment plans for me and my needs, and then monitored my progress to make changes as needed.. Their dedication and attention to detail were truly commendable. The facility was clean, comfortable, and had all the equipment necessary for treatment. They not only focused on my physical well-being, but also asked how I was feeling in general. I always felt encouraged and motivated throughout the process. They also played some excellent music in the clinic. The obvious positive attitudes and the plainly evident care made me feel like I was in competent hands. The most important thing is that I got great results at PT Solutions. With expert treatment and guidance, my injury improved quickly and significantly. My elbow stopping hurting constantly almost immediately. After a few weeks I stopped taking ibuprofen. Though, like any physical therapy, there is a long taper to complete recovery. That meant lots of stretching and strength-training for me. I would, and do, highly recommend PT Solutions to anyone in need of physical therapy. "If you are looking for results, look no further. Christine took the time to listen to my concerns and tailored my treatment plan based on my feedback all along the way. I felt heard, cared for and best of all it worked! My range of motion improved 150% from the time I started working with this team. From Liz's guidance to Christine's motivation and patience and Philicia's helpfulness and encouragement, I loved my time here. Everyone is very kind and knowledgeable. For me; running, exercise and day to day activities are much more comfortable now. My only regret is not seeking PT sooner for an injury that occurred 10+ years ago.
