"I have been using CARDIO 4 LIFE and I feel better when I use it, particularly after working outside in the Florida heat, it brings my heart rate down in a hurry even without electrolytes. It's hard to use because it has to be taken away from other protein sources which adds a wrinkle to my eating and supplement schedule as it is another thing to work around. I am not thrilled that I wasn't able to return an automatic shipment which I wanted to refuse as I did not catch it on time. When I contacted HG requesting a tracking number so I could monitor its arrival and refuse it, they never got back to me with the information I requested so now I have a total of 9 bottles to finish, I don't expect to order for another 18 months since I don't use it daily plus I don;t really have the space for this much product. In addition, one canister arrived with a broken lid and after pulling the plastic seal off it I found the inner seal being only attached halfway. Luckily John is going to refund me for this jar.
