These people will never get it and the longer you waste your time trying to get them to help you, before you know you will have a worse condition on your hands. Be safe and stay away, the longer these places stay open the more people will fall in their trap."

"This place is an absolute life saver. I got out of inpatient a month ago and was put on an antidepressant. I didn’t realize I didn’t have enough medication to last until the appointment I scheduled here. My doctor from inpatient wasn’t returning any of my calls regarding a refill. When I called to try to move my appointment up and explained the case they were able to send a request to one of the doctors and they were so amazing and sent the prescription to my pharmacy. This absolutely made my night i am so grateful!!"

"I love my clinicians and the staff at the medication refill line and front desk . I am disappointed that IPD is part of DMG. DmG is seeming to want to to just make $$$$ over patient care. The doctors and therapists don't work this way. Mental health can't work this way, emergencies always happen. The ladies at the med refill line are very nice and work very hard. I read other reviews. I had some experiences w rude staff when calling for appts but those people have since left. Again, great docs, therapists, ladies at the Romeoville desk and med refill line It is a shame that DuPage Medical Group took over."

"Staff and my personal doctor are great. However, for certain controlled substance medications, they have recently switched over to an automated electronic system to let your pharmacy know when to get a refill. It still stands to be GARBAGE. It has not worked correctly once. I get to look forward to not having the medication I need to function for 7-10 days every month without fail. The medication department extension has NEVER answered the phone (35+ calls over time). Best bet is to leave a voicemail and hope they send the order through in a week or two. They'll get you into your appointment, have you pay for that, but don't count on them finishing the job."
