"My son told me that the eye doctor was nice and amazing but he also said that when he was waiting for his second eye test, he waited almost an hour at the waiting room. He was outraged because he saw the doctor helping other people before him so he complained on how long it took and how he was gonna be late for his friend."

"This review may have to be written. I was just in to see Patty, sorry if the name was spelled wrong about repairing glasses that seemed to be in pretty bad shape. I sat on them and the frames bent and one of the glasses popped out. I thought they might tell me they were going to cost a decent amount of money to repair. I had anxiety all morning about it. She took one look at them and about 10 minutes later they were fixed. I asked her if they have a machine and she said she did it by hand. Wow. Thankyou for your craft Patty and Illinois Eye are better not ever get rid of you."

"We’ve been with IEC for i think about 4 or 5 years now. I have no complaints about the doctors. They were good and thorough in terms of eye examination. I decided to change my eye glasses from regular/standard to progressive and was very disappointed with what i received. This was not the one I chose at the time Patti asked me to choose a new frame.The handle or temple was different and one of them was loose. I called them and return it. Patti asked me if i was dilated by the doctor at the time of choosing my frame. She said that might affect my eye. Really????Do you think I’m lying or making all this up???? I still remember and i know what I’ve picked/chose at that time. I wish i took a picture. I would have never choose this one if this was on the choices. The cost of my eye glasses was $700 and Patti said you don’t the pay $700, you only pay $200+. Patti just to remind you, that money from the insurance was still our money, being deducted from our salary! I wish this won’t happen to you!"
