"Went in to urgent care for a single visit. Got the bill and had 2 copays one for the doctor and one for the facility “Facility fees” so instead of paying my normal copay for a visit I got charged 2 $60 for the doc and $80 for the facility. As if it wasn’t expensive enough to have health insurance and go see a doctor they find more way to take your money. This rating has nothing to do with the service the nurses and doctors were great."

"i asked for a mono test, went to the appt, when i got there they said they only had the order to test for covid which i had already been tested for. wasted a couple hours of my life"

"Crazy busy this time of year but the staff at all levels got me taken care of quickly without rushing the process. Very caring group of professionals !"

"I came in and excruciating pain. They gave me two extra strength, Tylenol and some sort of shot in my muscle in my arm that was supposed to subdue the pain. Neither one of them helped then they were supposed to do an x-ray, but I had questions and wanted to make sure that it was Gonna be helpful and conducive to do the x-ray. Would it be beneficial and I asked if I could speak with the doctor first and then the person who was supposed to take the x-rays left so I wasn’t even able to get x-rays done. She went back and told the nurses that I said I didn’t want x-ray which was not. I did the x-ray but I wanted to make sure that it was something that was needed and that we would get helpful information from it. She took that as I didn’t want the test told them I didn’t want the x-ray and she left so I gave it two stars because I did get a prescription of a medication that I do believe is helping but I still have to go to my regular doctor to get the x-ray the MRIs and those types of things done. I was not satisfied."

"Was seen and treated within a short time. Was prescribed medications for my condition directly to pharmacy. Meds were ready when I arrived. Received a requested return to work note. All went well."
