"I am writing this review today to help out other people by having them not live through what I did with this business. I am beyond disappointed by this facility and the lack of communication from multiple individuals. My appointment was set up in advance with Laura. On the day of my appointment (4/15) I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment (12PM). I was greeted by a young lady who immediately told me Laura was running 40 minutes late. I was very confused by this as no one had reached out to me about this delay. I was told to take a seat and basically wait there for Laura to open up. I refused and I asked why I wasn’t contacted before and told about Laura running this late with her scheduled appointment. The young lady didn’t have an answer. I left all my paperwork there and set up a somewhat of a phone appointment. A couple hours went by and I had not been contacted so I decided to call back. I was told that Laura was still behind schedule and that she would try to fit me in later in the evening. Throughout the next four hours I called back multiple times and spoke with different people all who told me other accountant were available but not Laura. I refused to see anyone else as my appointment was with Laura and not a different person. Eventually I spoke with a male who took down all my information once again and told me everything would be done. A coup hours went by and I didn’t hear from anyone. I called back around 7pm and was told that everything would be done before 9pm. I decided at this point to not continue anymore with them. I had requested to have all my documents back and was met with questions and attitude. I walked in to get all my paperwork and was only met with “here are you paperwork” not even a thank you or anything friendly. Do not waste your time with this business. They will overbook during the day and will still accept walk ins before appointments. It seems that Laura overbooks appointments in hopes that people give in and see other accountants. The front representative does not know what is going on and what options there are. I wasted a full day calling, and going yo this business for nothing. Please be very careful with this business!"
