"Professional and courteous. The doctor I saw had great communication skills when explaining what could and could not be done to help my back pain. The office staff took all my calls and when I went in for an appointment they were friendly and understanding. The rest would be my decision. With that said this clinic gets 5 stars!"

"This place is a joke! Had an appt and the Dr told Me to get an mri, which I did the following Saturday. This is an expensive test even with good insurance. I had been in a lot of pain for months, which I had discussed with the dr. I waited until the following Thursday (5 days) for the dr to call me, which he didn’t. I finally called the office, and after being put on hold for five minutes, a girl told me she saw my mri, it was signed, but nothing was written. After a pain-staking, teeth-pulling conversation about inquiring if notes should be on the mri, or if anything was wrong, she asked me if I’d like the doctor to call me back. Since I don’t even know the results of the mri, yes, I’d like a call back, this is why I called in the first place. She then asked if I’d like to make a procedure appt and I could get the results of the mri then. I asked how I could make a procedure appt when no one even knows what’s wrong. She then said the dr would call me back, which of course he didn’t. So I still don’t know the results, a week later. Just based on my conversation with this girl I already knew I would not pursue further treatment at this facility- if this incompetence is at all levels of their employees I’m not letting anyone sedate me or do injections into my spine, but the unprofessionalism of the dr was disappointing. I’d think most people who are experiencing severe pain would appreciate a quick call back with results and next steps. I didn’t even get a call back. And please don’t bother with a response of “we don’t have patient J in our system.” I’m sure you know who I am. Very disappointed."

"Amazing doctors, all with incredible bedside manner. They truly treat you as a person, with real life issues. They also have a fantastic helpful staff. You can tell they are interested in fixing the problem. I for one, was on another treatment regiment, and nervous to switch, due to fears of withdrawal. Well, Dr Prunkis went over all options, and WE decided what was best treatment moving forward. I felt at ease, which isn’t always the feeling when dealing with pain doctors. They have many convenient locations. They have won many peer awards, which is based on where a doctor would go for himself/herself or family member for pain. It’s well worth the time for a consultation."
