"This urgent care is awful. I went in with terrible pain in my calf and an ultrasound indicated that I had a blood clot. I also had an extreme amount of swelling on my foot from a recent surgery. The nurse practitioner looked at one side of my foot and mentioned it looked swollen. She did not examine any part of my ankle or foot. In fact, she did not perform any examination. I asked a few questions and she could not seem any less interested in my care. I ended up in the ER the next day with two blood clots and cellulitis. Both of which put me in the hospital for two nights. I will avoid this urgent care and urge you to do the same. ***update*** I wrote this review on February 27th and contacted the email address below as it states “your satisfaction is very important to us.” It is clearly not important at all as I have not received a follow up email or phone call from Duly."

"Took almost 2 hours to be seen and once seen was rushed out of the room. My son was burning up with a fever and once the doctor saw him she states he looks good to her. She has never seen him before so no way can she make that statement. His temp was almost at 104. I will never return to this location."

"This immediate care is terrible.I waited there about 30-40 mins .I had a loin injury in my foot .I consulted with one nurse practitioner there ,she advised me to go for X-ray .X-ray report was normal according to her then she recommended me to consult with the Podiatry.Later when I googled it I came to know it’s a foot corn only .I took some medication from Walmart in 4$ only ..it’s cured now ..So going there is wasted of time and I paid 100$ for immediate care and got bill from podiatry for office visit 235$ .Disgusting.I will stop going from today onwards."

"This immediate care is TERRIBLE. I waited 45 minutes past my appointment and finally asked the girl at the desk if they were honoring appointments over walk ins. She looked at the computer and her face as she stumbled through the lie she was about to tell me was the answer I needed. I cancelled right there. I have NEVER had a good experience at this location. Use a witch doctor before you go to the Rickert location."
