"I had a visual appt on line and had problems with setting up the appt. on my phone. After a call to the office I was told to come in and Russ would see me and help wit my mess. "Always a great time with Russ the PA and Carrie. RN. They both always make you feel appreciated as a patient and a person. They both have excellent bed side manners and are great listeners. Not very happy with the front desk personnel as she isn’t very pleasant to deal with and and she looks as if she just rolled out of bed, this her attitude seems to match her appearance. If you can get past her your visit is enjoyable with Russ and Carrie in Naperville. Love them and go just for them."
