"Place is nice but billing department is the worst. They don't know how to refund after charging twice on my card. It's been 3 weeks and still no response from them. They said to contact hoffman estates office for refund and this location staff says they don't handle refund. Just making me go back and forth. No one takes responsibility of refund. This was first time visiting this place and now it's last. Won't recommend to anyone. Also place is now temporary closed so office don't respond to our call so basically we lost our money."

"This place is the worst. The only good part about this place is the nurse- he was very nice and seemed to care. Everything else about this place is awful. We saw the doctor after almost 2 hours of waiting, even though we had an appointment. My husband has had wax buildup and blockages before, so we figured he just needed to get them flushed. The doctor said she didn't see anything and didn't believe that the left ear was the issue, but the right one was. After waiting another 30 minutes for the doctor to come back after they flushed the ear the doctor thought was clogged, but wasn't, we left because the doctor never came back! We just went to Duly urgent care in Bloomingdale. We were in and out within 45 minutes with an appointment and shocker of shockers, IT WAS A WAX BLOCKAGE. Also, their waiting room is tiny, with people on top of each other to the point there were people standing. I was so close to someone hacking up a lung- I got sick 4 days later. The doctor had no idea what they were talking about. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!"

"My family and I have been to the Hoffman Estates location around a dozen times (not bragging). The office is super clean and the staff is incredibly kind. Likely over-worked around the holidays, they have every excuse to be annoyed when I bring my kid in 40 minutes before they close…but no. They treat us like their first patients of the day. Highly recommend."

"I contacted them in advance and was informed that there was no wait time. However, upon my arrival, I discovered that there was actually a wait of over 1 hour. Despite labeling themselves as an immediate care facility, the wait time was far from immediate. It is important to note that they only have one doctor on staff. It is advisable to exercise caution before arriving, as it appears that the staff may sometimes provide misleading information in order to attract patients to come in."

"Given my experiences with other local immediate care facilities, this place was phenomenal. I got here at 8:00am and am leaving at 8:29. The staff was professional and efficient. All of my questions were answered and everything was clean. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would recommend this place to anyone else with routine needs."
