"I have had a great experience with my therapist Brad at the Route 59 location. Every visit he tries to understand how my day to day activities progressed and limitations by my ankle and accordingly adjusts the therapy session which is encouraging for me. When I mentioned I was very concerned about my upcoming trip and how I would manage, he had great suggestions on how I could continue with my icing/heating routines and could use an ankle brace to ease off the pressure. I was a little skeptical if the brace would work as it appeared a flimsy device. I was wrong and that was the miracle - the usual pain after walking and being on feet all day was totally minimized, every morning I could put my foot down without limping and I had no problems on my trip. Thanks to Brad for being a caring therapist. Appreciate it."

"I highly recommend Athletico Physical Therapy located in south Naperville – Route 59. I visited this clinic for approximately 2 ½ months as I was experiencing severe knee pain. After a few weeks of not really seeing much improvement, my therapist suggested a follow-up appointment with an orthopedic doctor. I’m so happy he made the suggestion because the orthopedic was able to determine the true origin of my pain which wasn’t me knee at all but my hamstring. A couple of weeks after receiving the correct diagnosis, I had a noticeable improvement in the area and slowly began my usual activities. After I completed my entire treatment, I felt the best I had in the last couple of years and my only regret was that I didn't seriously consider physical therapy sooner! My therapist, Brad, was AWESOME in terms of bedside manner and knowledge. It was he who suggested I get a second opinion on my pain and it made all the difference in my treatment plan and therapy. When I wasn’t working directly with Brad, I worked with Annie. She is an amazing young lady who was equally awesome and always up to date on my file. I can’t complete this review without talking about Camilla. She’s at the front desk and was always so helpful and easy to work with if I needed to change my appointment last minute or decipher billing with the insurance company. Honestly, everyone at this location (Brad and Michelle, et.al) are very much patient-centric and will immediately respond to patient needs. Overall, I had nothing short of a very positive experience and am 1,000% satisfied with the final outcome of my hamstring injury and now have no limitations in my activities.
