"This place is amazing and Julieth Gallardo is the best. Due to losing my job because of covid I got way behind on rent so I have spent the last month trying to get help with past due rent and would spend literally hours on the phone as well as filling out applications online. Nothing ever came of it tho and when I would call nobody even knew who I was or could find my info. Within about a week Julieth got the federal assistance and my past due rent paid. She is a miracle worker and she very well saved me and my family from being homeless. Support this center in any way possible and if you need a hand up contact Mano A Mano they are the best."
"Very unprofessional services They ask for all you’re information through messages, they will ask for you social security numbers Identification w40, and they still want you to give them the information for whatever they need so they can copy and paste, and then tell you they can not help you, I’m just a bit skeptical what are they doing to our information that should not be shared. Be careful with this program, something dose not add up with program"
"They don't answer e-mails or messages . I told them in public and inmediately got a polite answer saying that they are glad to help, but It needs to be inbox. They never answer in private anyway. I sent it again and gave them time and the information again and did not received any answer or help from this agency. Different days for different issues I waited for months , I had very bad luck with them."
