"Was referred to this Doctor by Good Shepherd hospital for severe case of girds (acid reflux). When walking in to office to make an appointment the receptionist was on the phone. After about 3 minutes I realised she was on the phone discussing personal matters with someone. I understand sometimes people have personal matters to take care of. But there was no "hello, im sorry can you give me a few min" no motion or signal from her to please wait, no smile, nothing. And after finally walking out the door tired of feeling stupid there was no attempt to stop me. I then called about 15 min later but she was still on the phone. Put me on hold for about 5 min. When answering she tried telling me she was conducting business over tge phone. I said I heard her discussing family drama issues. She then said yes she was talking about family but to her boss the doctor. Then very rudely said "sorry but I will always put the doctor above a patient". I can understand that to a point. But I dont think that applies to you discussing your family drama to the doctor while ignoring a prospective patient. Then to act like nothing wrong was done. Maybe this doctor is nice. But I recomend not trying to find out because you will have to get through a very rude lady to get to see him."
