"The leadership involved in the IOP/ PHP program is absolutely terrible with communication. Do not respond to, or return phone calls. They expect an immediate turn around in the child. If there is any conflict with the staff and child they dance around the topic of releasing them from the program, then back pedal on their numerous excuses, which, in turn reflects on their initial handling of the situation. They are very good at pointing fingers after there is a problem, with out being helpful, understanding, or even listening to the parents. They have a long way to go with being a beneficial program. I would recommend Ecker Center over Rosecrance, even though it's a longer drive"
