"Had a very great experience here during what was otherwise a very difficult time. Dr Brand and the staff were very helpful coming to terms with our options for our pet who was terminally ill. They gave us plenty of time and space to make that tough decision to say goodbye to our furry friend. Everything was professional with honest advice and no surprise bills. They genuinely cared about our situation and didn't treat us like some emotionless "clients", even though I'm sure they've been through a process like ours countless times. The clinic even provided a paw print and sent sympathies afterwards. I absolutely recommend them for your pet's care. This is one of the good ones in a field where you unfortunately hear horror stories about poor veterinarians. I have no doubt that RVC would be exceptional for any sort of pet health needs!"

They are also very sympathetic when we had to say goodbye to a beloved pet, sending a card signed by the entire staff, and a donation in my pets name, to a local animal rehabilitation center.
