"I find it strange and potentially a sign of discriminatory business practices that the negative reviews for this location almost precisely echo my own experience there today. I made an appointment to get my two year old his COVID vaccine for 11:20, was told to check in 15 minutes early at the kiosk at 11:05, which I did. I was the only person there (also perhaps the only non Caucasian person there), the first to check in…11:50 rolls around after I’ve been chasing my toddler around the store because we were waiting so long past our appointment time. We were both exhausted and inpatient because we had been there for so long and he started to lose it so I went to the kiosk and cancelled my appointment in frustration because NO ONE checked in with us that entire time while we were clearly waiting to be vaccinated and the first in line. Literally THE SECOND I cancelled the appointment, the nurse comes out of the room and calls the person who came after me. It was seriously instantaneous. I was going to confront her but she wouldn’t look me in the face or acknowledge that I was standing there. This was the same person who walked past us several times and wouldn't even look at us between the time of 11:05 and 11:50 (keeping in mind our appointment was at 11:20). Not sure if they didn’t like me because I’m Korean or what but I have never experienced anything in a business like that before and am so, so disappointed and upset to see that others have experienced what sounds like potentially the same sort of racist discrimination."
