"Zero stars would be more appropriate. I was told I would be seeing an actual doctor, only to find out months later when I went in for the appointment I was seeing an NP. I am sure they are good at what they do what but they are not qualified to provide the services I was/am in need of. I do not appreciate being lied to especially after confirming with the person who scheduled the appointment I would be seeing a doctor. How dare you lie to people in need just to get money out of us. Waste of appointment that I now have to pay for."
