"Just left the drive thru and the guy was kind of a jerk. They gave us the wrong size. When it was brought to his attention he took it and poured it into the larger sized cup. The crazy thing was, it filled the bigger cup up (crazy trick there Arby's franchise) then he just put more whip cream on top. When I asked for another to be made he actually argued with me. Like come on man, there was no need to argue, just remake it like the customer asked."

"The new Bacon Cheeseburger tastes like you are eating it in a high end restaurant. So incredibly delicious."

"I frequent this location because typically the food is served hot, fried are fresh, et cetera. I bought the French dip sub and the bread was quite rubbery and even with dipping nearly impossible to bite through. The girl working the counter was very kind and friendly, which is typical at this location, so kudos for that aspect in the hiring process... just not sure what was going on in the kitchen that day."

"Had tried going to Wendy’s next door, but there wasn’t a worker in sight. Walked over to Arby’s and was greeted by two very friendly workers and there were at least 1-2 more in the back. As he took our order I watched the guy also on drive thru notice the fryer area wasn’t as fresh of food and dropped all new items for us. Everything came out hot, fresh, and tasted great. They delivered the food to our table along with condiments. Very good service for 9pm after our movie got out."
