"I am used to providing stellar reviews, this unfortunately will not be one of those. Long story short: I had cervical spinal fusion. I got my neck brace and extra velcro from Hanger. That was a pretty seemless process. BUT the hospital never gave me back the extra velcro. Which isn't Hangers fault, but I called to see if my husband could just pick some up. Eric said I would need a new order and have to pay $50 out of pocket. I'm sorry, in todays economy that's just bad business. I'm very disappointed in how the entire thing was handled."

"The whole experience was top notch. The appointments were quickly set up reminders were sent in a timely manner. The check in was quick and there was almost no wait time - we were seen within 5 minutes of arriving even when we showed up early. Any subsequent visits for adjustments were quick and easy - they really strive to make sure that you are 100% happy."

"Went in for a prescription shoe with built in brace after foot surgery. Initial visit was with a nice, patient staff member, She explained the process, let me look at several styles of shoe, took measurements and ordered a new pair of shoes for me. I tried them on before the were sent off to have the custom built brace inserted. After that part was completed I came in to pick up the shoes and brace, and adjustments were made to make sure I was comfortable and able to walk again. The entire insurance process was explained to me, so no surprises, Overall, I am completely satisfied and happy to be out of my walking boot."

"The technician was great! He took his time and showed me how to take the boot off and on and even tips! The actual boot does wonders for my broken foot and ankle! I am so glad I was able to go here for my injury. They are always so helpful. And the receptionist is always friendly when I call."
