The classes are challenging but super fun, the trainers basically my life cheerleaders, and I’ve made lasting friendships too! All of the trainers are great but there is one specific trainer who has totally transformed my life! Paola (POW) was the trainer who signed me up, taught me everything I now know about boxing combos, and I then I hired her for PT too.
