We have used Action Air and Plumbing several times with our home warranty, we always request them and get them. They have replaced our hot water heater, bathroom facets, bathtub facets, and they tracked down a under the foundation of my home leak also. No one is perfect, but I have found no plumbing service that is consistently better than this one."

"Serviceman was very efficient. I had asked for AC maintenance. He discovered a problem with my unit. He explained what the problem was. He left and gave me the cost for the replacement part. I agreed and told him I wanted him to replace the part. My AC has been cooling efficiently since. My house is staying cool at around 75°-77° even in this triple digit heat. I am very pleased with Action Service."
