"The fact that this place has almost as many 1 star reviews as 5 star reviews should be a warning!! Nothing more than a glorified school nurse. I️ just moved to the area and had problems. They Told me they didn’t believe my preexisting diagnoses (from a doctor) of diverticulitis. (who would lie about that?) told me to go to the er and acted is if I️ were only there to receive narcotics when I️ specifically asked for a non-narcotic pain reliever to aid in severe abdominal pain. All they did was do blood work and have me urinate in a cup and after telling me they couldn’t do anything they still charged me. after a few more hours of pain I went to the ER, which was actually quicker (at 9 pm)and helped me the way I needed it. And much like another reviewer on here the ER doctor asked me why they didn’t do anything at the urgent care and why they charged me if they wouldn’t/couldn’t help because I️ basically paid for them to tell me they couldn’t do anything. And after telling them I️ didn’t need a referral because I️ would get one from my GI specialist back home I️ still received a call a few weeks later from a specialist that they had contacted for me after asking them not to. They are seemingly only there to make money and do everything but what you ask of them. If you are sick save yourself the disaster and go to a real doctor. This place will only cause you stress and make you feel worse"

"Called ahead to see if they would be able to provide treatment for my son. Once there and checked in, they decided there was nothing they could do and recommended I follow up with a specialist. Two days later I received a call from a specialist reminding me of my appointment. (Apparently they made the appointment without my knowledge. He does not accept my insurance and would have to pay out of pocket.) I made an appointment with an "in network" specialist. His first comment was "Why didn't they take care of this at Urgent Care?" Then he asked my why did I pay them if they didn't do anything. If they were unable to care for my son, I wish they would have said so over the phone."

"The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I missed my appointment time because I got lost and the receptionist spoke to the Dr. on my behalf and got me right in, no extra wait time. The waiting area was nice, clean. Dr. Sood was very friendly, knowledgeable and spent a lot of time talking with me. She then followed up in a few days. I would recommend this clinic to my friends."

"I took my husband to this facility last Tuesday morning around 9 am. it wasn't very crowded. He was in horrible pain and we had no idea what was wrong. After sitting there almost 2 hours and being told, we were next, we just left. He was in so much pain he could not simply sit there waiting to be "next". I took him to another facility on Nasa Road One and he was seen by the doctor in less than 5 minutes. It turns out he potentially had heart issues. I rushed him to Clear Lake Regional and the doctor sent one of her nurses to ride along with us. Within less than 5 minutes he was in an ER room being treated. I would definitely not ever recommend this facility."

"My wife and I recently returned from vacation with upper respiratory infections and our primary doctor was not available on the weekend. We were very pleased with the service afforded us at this clinic. The staff was friendly and efficient addressed our issues with a proper diagnosis and immediately provided a steroid injection and the follow-up prescriptions and 24 hours later we are feeling 100% better. The wait was minimal the service was excellent. They only required our co-pay and exhibited compassion for our ailment. I will recommend them to my family and use them in the future."
