"My family has been coming here for over a year and the only negative thing I can say is I wish we could have joined sooner!! Professor Alex, Professor Gabi, and the entire team has made us all feel like family. We started with our two younger daughters training weekly and it continued with my nephew, my third and youngest daughter, me, and then my oldest son. All 5 of us now train weekly and it has helped us gain confidence, self defense, build a healthier lifestyle, and most importantly build friendships. The atmosphere is very inviting for all the classes and everyone is very encouraging which makes class easier to attend.
