"Consistently wretched maintenance response. Seems their approach is to fire not to reseach employees. I have had to spend money to fix problems the maintenance guy just shook his head at me. WITHOUT EVER EVEN looking at the problem (from 6 to 1 month ago) 7/6/2018 Do not even consider living here."

"I live here. Tenants are rude and gossips. Management can't figure rent, deposits. To do laundry tou have to have tokens. Only allowed 16. That means you have not enough to wash especially with a terminaly ill person. SSI Disabled get paid on the 1st of the mos. After bills there isn't money left for tokens. Maintenance is rude. I have never been told by maintenance that or anyone to see how far a tube of caulk would go up my nose. As is taunting my dog by growling at him in the elevator or shaking his keys in front of his face. My dog wears a muzzle. This is not a good place to live"

"My sister in law lives here. It's a nice place and they look out for their residents. It's rent controlled, has air conditioning,a community room and elevators. The other tenants are very friendly and lookout for one another."

"It is an okay place to live. Elevator breaks down too often for this building to be truly handicapped accessible and the hot water doesn't always work either. We've had an issue with Asian beetles as well."

"Entire building being renovated. Nice little apartments for disabled folks. Handicap accessible. Has elevator. Very nice community room. Right in the heart of downtown so great for folks that don't drive. Residents seem to really support one another."
