"We hired New Line Kitchen and Bath for a complete gut and redo of a master bathroom. This is a terrific vendor. They made promises and kept them. They completed the work on-time and on budget with proper permitting and inspections. The crew was respectful of the rest of our home and worked very cleanly to minimize construction dust elsewhere. Haul away was promptly done at each stage of the work. The quality of the work was excellent across all the trades from carpentry, to electrical, to plumbing, and then painting/wallpapering. The owner and project manager were pleasant, accommodating, and flexible. It's not often you get a major renovation like this with no drama. Very happy customers and highly recommend New Line Kitchen and Bath."

Not only is their work of utmost quality and craftsmanship, they are also very pleasant and easy to work with. They cleaned up well every day and were very careful that they did not leave nails or exposed wires etc. Since we have kids and were living in the basement. They were also on schedule - something that is usually unheard of with construction projects. We love the final results and highly recommend them for all your home projects."

"Newline helped up to design and put create a custom solution for our back door area to help contain the clutter without compromising too much space. The cabinet is perfect and they had great suggestions for customizing the interior as well! They helped create exactly what we were looking for! "We worked with Newline Kitchen & Bath from January to August 2023 on a complete remodel of our kitchen, butler’s pantry and mudroom. Our kitchen was operational a few months back and all has been good so far as we start putting wear & tear on our kitchen! After we experienced a frozen pipe burst late last year we were in a position where we had to quickly make a decision to repair/ rebuild our older kitchen or unexpectedly take on a remodel. Newline came highly recommended from friends of ours who used them in their remodel. Mehmet was the most responsive of all the companies we spoke with and able to come out quickly to prepare a vision of what our kitchen could be and develop a quote. We never regretted our decision to work with Newline. We had to go down to the studs on several walls and ceiling and completely rebuild, and we are so happy with the results. We love the quality of our kitchen, and Mehmet was a great partner in the design. The whole staff from project manager, Adam, to Master Carpenter/ project manager, Meris, to the build & finish details done by Bernardo and their teams to the lovely cleaning crew… all were wonderful to work with, trustworthy to have in our home and had strong attention to detail on our kitchen build. My only constructive feedback was that the end of the project/ punch list took longer than ideal once we had an operational kitchen in place. I think this is mainly due to keeping a relatively small crew they completely trust and limiting the use of subcontractors. There were also some areas unexpectedly over budget, some of which were unforeseen and out of Newline’s control, some, however, I think could have been anticipated in the initial contract phase up front. All in all, we would definitely work with the Newline team again on any major home improvement project and recommend them to our friends! Attaching some pre & post pictures of our kitchen. "We used New line to finish our basement in Naperville. Mehmet and Adam were so great to work with and very respectful and professional. When doing a big project it’s important find someone you can communicate with and I was able to do that with them about my needs for our project. They were professional, did good work, and were very responsive. I had no issues with any of the staff finishing our basement and everyone on that team was professional! My one tip for anyone is to be very clear with your needs and communicate. Let them know exactly what you want and don’t know and they will be willing and happy to help you. We are really happy with our basement and recommend them for anyone wanting to do any work! I added my before and after pictures in my review!"
