"I have lived here for almost 15 years The previous owner owned it for 14 of that The new owner came in and is not a good owner He rents units out without repainting or cleaning carpets when they need to be I think this guy is a true slumlord doesn't want to send a dime Thinks people want to move into something that isn't even clean I would give him minus 1 star if I could I would think twice about coming here I didn't write this because I m being kicked out I am leaving because this place is going the wrong direction"
