"Today my teenage daughter had a 5 hour private self-defense training session with Brad. He was amazing! He taught both my daughter and I valuable information about what to do in assault or abduction scenarios. This included lessons about both how to avoid dangerous situations and what to do if it escalates to physical violence. He taught my daughter escape techniques and how to defend herself in an attack. My daughter was able to practice all of the various techniques she'd learned in simulated attack/abduction drills. This was an invaluable experience that we hope never to need to use."
"Our youngest daughter recently took their CAP program. It was eye opening and allowed her techniques that will help her as she grows older. It was great getting reinforcement of things we have previously told her but to hear them from the instructor. This is really good stuff and should be required for any young child or teenager! We will be back for more classes you can never be too prepared or aware! Thanks TEAM COBRA!!!!!"
