"The only thing I didn't enjoy was their communication. I send an email and 3 months has passed and still no respond. They say one price and end up paying more. Only 1 person can help you, it's pretty much on THEIR time. My child only went their 5 months and I had to take her out."
"My daughter was enrolled because i was told she could be part of the recital. Every Saturday she would be in class practicing recital so that they could tell me that she wasn't going to be able. That's the only reason why i signed her up immediately. My daughter was upset and we canceled her classes. After all the breaks/ sick teacher/holidays she didn't even end up going a whole lot anyways."
"Complete opposite of the other dance school my daughter attended and the contrast is good. Very family centered. The environment is very welcoming for both my child and myself. I don't see the snobbish dance mom attitude and there is much more diversity among the dance team members. This company is under fairly new ownership but they are by no means amateur when it comes to dance techniques. I took adult ballet there some years ago and I loved my experience as well. The only room for improvement that I can see is the need for organization. However, coming in so late in the year and knowing that this area suffered from the recent Hurricane, I believe that perhaps the chaos is mostly due to that. Overall, for the care that my daughter receives here, I can accept the chaos."
