"1st session was Kpop Class, and even though it was fast paced, learning the choreography was still obtainable. I am 39, I tried to keep up but age is just a number and it was a blast to learn. 2nd class was Sassy Sneakers which was a slower pace then Kpop, but still an exciting work out. Chantelle is really patient and supportive with every learning curve you might struggle with on a step. Ask any questions and she will help. Chantelle is very beginner friendly, as long as you have the mindset to try and have fun your going to do great!"
