About the Business
F3 - The Cornerstone is a health institution located at 24111 Stockdick School Road in Katy, Texas, United States. It is part of a national network of free, peer-led workouts for men, aimed at invigorating male community leadership. The mission of F3 is to plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for men of any fitness level, with challenging workouts designed to include everyone. Genuine friendships are formed through early morning workouts in the Gloom, as well as social gatherings, races, and endurance challenges. While not a religious organization, F3 encourages members to live for something bigger than themselves. Founded in Charlotte, NC, F3 is rapidly spreading in a grassroots fashion. The institution offers free peer-led workouts and aims to strengthen the men of Katy, TX and surrounding areas. Email updates are sent out about schedules, activities, and upcoming events.
