"It's only been about 8 months since I started training here but I love the environment. Everyone is super welcoming and kind. The professors, Ronnie and Holly, demonstrate the technique then we practice with a partner as the professors walk around and help. Near the end of class we "roll" and practice sparring with other classmates. Not only am I learning to defend myself as a 5'1 lady, but I'm getting a killer work out. I'm always dying by the end of class. I'm looking forward to continuing my training and maybe even going to some tournaments!"
