"Says no pre-appointments but that’s not the case. I assume when I come to urgent care that we will be taken back in the order we came in but that was not the case. A girl and her mother came in and didn’t give any information just said hello and sat down and 5 minutes later she was called to the back. If I wanted to be seen based on the priority of my injury/illness I would have went to the er not urgent care. This is why this place has a 2 star rating and I’m sure among other reasons."

"Absolutley awful. While waiting over 2 hours to be seen (We never were seen), Mercy employees came in asking for "Kim". The Office catered to them and ignored the waiting room with 5 patients waiting, delayed the patients being taken care of. The most unprofessional service from a healthcare location we've ever encountered. My wife went to get the $25 copay refunded and Tara behind the counter whispered, "You'd probably be next if you just wait." My wife heard her and asked her to repeat it. Tara said, "I was just saying you'd probably be next, like that's your luck." The other worker interjected and said no there are a few ahead of her still. We then called the Cape location to make an appointment with the primary care and were told there are no appointments availble this week, they are recommending people go to Jackson Convenient Care location. This is why the ED is over run in our area. The community can't get seen in a timely manner so they choose the Emergency Department. While ED staff is overwhelmed, Mercy and Southeast choose to play administration games infront of the community they claim to serve."

"I had to go to Urgent care due to feeling really tired, high fever, horrible headaches and terrible sore throat, the NP was able to confirm COVID and give me the meds that I needed Anti Viral and antibiotic for the sore throat. Still feel pretty rough but feeling a little better."

"Doctor wouldn’t listen to what I had to say when it came to my symptoms and how bad the pain was, I tested negative for strep but I tried telling them it wasn’t strep. This was on a Friday, on that following Sunday I ended up having to go to the ER, because my throat was swollen shut and I couldn’t breathe. Thankfully I finally got some actual treatment and meds from a different hospital to help with the absence in my throat. Would not recommend this place at all, service was rushed and won’t listen to you. Doctor told me “drink water you’ll be fine”"

"I don't ever leave reviews as I've never felt the need. But it's absolutely needed this time. This was my first and last time to this office I'd rather spend the extra to go to the ER instead. My appt felt rather rushed, there was no one waiting either I was the only one there so I was called back and seen fairly quickly but again it was rushed. I felt like the nurse didn't really listen to my symptoms. Offered a covid/flu test and i asked for a strep test as well. Cause it felt similar to the last time I had it. I felt like the nose swab wasn't done properly at all. And I've had ones done in the past so i know how they're supposed to be done.The strep was okay. The Doctor was a bit better but again kind of rushed through the appt. She was atleast helpful in getting me a steroid shot and some prescriptions while we wait on the results. But my last straw was them sending my prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy when I clarified multiple times which pharmacy to go to. I wish I would've checked the rating better before going. If it wasn't a sunday and last minute I would've went somewhere else."
