"Wait was kind of long, went as soon as they opened..I got tested on a Friday for multiple different things, was told I'd get a call the next day if I had anything! I'm pregnant so I was worried, but they said if I don't get a call then just take some over the counter meds! Ended up getting a call the next Thursday!! Saying I had tested positive for COVID, I honestly thought that was poor practice. My baby and I are fine but just scares me how they went so long without letting me know! Will not be returning"

"Never had a major problem till 12/21/23 where I went in to get more medicine due to an infected wisdom tooth. The doctor said they sent it to my pharmacy but when I went to check the pharmacy said they need to double check it due to it being a high dosage medicine . So I called several times to just get one person to answer to say I'm on the top list for the doctor but I had to go there physically the next day because the pharmacy was still waiting on the approval of the medicine so I'm having to go back and forth to just fix a problem. I had to call my doctors nurse just to see what is going on and they claim they didn't hear from the walk in clinc which is in the same building. So they finally gave me a different medicine hopefully I'll be able to have it because this is messed up that I had to fix their problems of not communicating with me or the pharmacy."

"This place has issues , first off the reception didn’t tell them I was there for 45 minutes and that’s because I asked ! ( she’s sorry ) Then the nurse yells at me “ we are busy we will get to you when we can , same nurse I dealt with Monday calling EVERYONE “honey” “baby “ sugar” . That was unprofessional in itself. then went back got my 2 minute walk in appointment to check a tb test result, mind you there are 4 nurses at the station who could have easily checked this , that’s what I was told Monday. . I then spoke to Christina , the coordinator and spoke about what just occurred . She never asked my name , I proceeded to leave and asked for her managers name . She then says “why” I said because I didn’t feel like you offered a resolution to this . She refused and told they don’t just give that information out. . I headed down the hallway . Asked one girl for a mangers office , Christina following closely behind me tells her not to tell me ! I was shocked ! I go to reception and ask where a manager is and once Again Christina tells her not to tell me . Also continuing to argue with me through the window. I then went to my physicians window , ask for a manager and she takes me to Christina . Who now at this point is in the check in area , She got very heated and began telling me her “ life story” about how the manager quit, that’s not my problem . Threatened security several times … told me she has no Manager she takes the load . I got a mangers name finally , and got “walked “ out by this lovely lady and another who won’t identify herself .she also asked if I wanted a job application!I said Hell NO! The unknown lady starts laughing and says oh she wouldn’t cut it here anyway ! Absolutely outrageous behavior, At the door the unknown told me I stank ! What ! I said no lady I’m clean , she says well your perfume stinks .. so professional! Also just kept saying it . That’s when I asked her name and she refused to tell me , but don’t worry I got your picture. I am leaving SIH after 17 years over this . Very unprofessional and both ladies need fired . Christina even got in my face nose to nose trying to provoke me , I asked her to get out of my face at least 4 times ! Im not dumb ! The unknown lady then says yes get back she stinks .. too funny !! I don’t stink . Security never came either . I think my next call may be an attorney."

"Every time I’ve ever come here I’ve had to wait at least 2 hours to be seen, regardless of how many people are there. I went last night to be seen and waited for over an hour when there was only one other patient before me (who I overheard saying they had been there around 40 minutes before I got there). Another patient came in while I was waiting. While they were checking in, they passed out and then threw up all over the floor. The employees literally did nothing to help this patient. My mom had to help him up, get him in a wheelchair, and ask for a trash can. They refused to see him, saying to go somewhere else. Once the man left, the employees left the vomit sitting in the floor right next to me and the other person waiting. We waited about 20 minutes and nothing had been done about the mess. I finally left as I couldn’t handle seeing and smelling it. Went to another walk in and was immediately seen. My mom said while I was being seen, another patient came in and told her they had just left Logan because there was throw up all over the floor and no one would clean it. That was probably 30 minutes after I had left. This facility is so poorly run and they treat their patients terribly. Will never be going back here. Disgusting."
