They stick you in a bed bug no good infested ugly looking dump of an apartment and if you ask the managers to move you they won't 0 stars worst place to live."

"My Greatest Experience I have in Park Terrace is when I moved into my very first apartment and I done meet a lot of incredible people inside the building as well and i learned to grow and started to seek and ask myself this Question What is my purpose that God wants me to do here and it was to make a Big Difference and be the change That Park Terrace Needs. And the most important thing that I wanted to do and it was to be the positive example to set for others towards the right direction to achieve that goal and it happened like I've always say all the time if you wanna have a Vision and a Bright Future it's all starts with you to put in your great efforts and make it a Reality. "Some times it can get a little annoying here people hanging out downstairs in lobby gossiping I've lived here for a year and 4 months staff is very helpful maintenance crew is wonderful they keep this place pertty well clean wish tenants would !!!! COUNCIL a little bit better now that they have people who know how the rules work"

"The building is old and there for needs alot of maintenance. Things need to be fixed but it seems that nobody is getting the help they need. If you have a issue with your apartment then say something to the management and they should get on the ball and fix whatever it is you need fixed in your space you rent amd call home. I am however thankful for this building to house so many people but that is even more reason for the building to be maintained properly. I am sure it is a work in process which is why these reviews exist. They should read up on their own reviews and see what they can do to get that 5th star. Also thankful for these reviews to let Us know about these places of interest."
