"Highly recommended. Lived here for 3.5 years. It's been a great pleasure and experience. Very good maintenance. Issues are resolved very fast. Kate, the landlord is very kind and easy to reach out. She always responded very quickly. Place is very good to walk around. Special features of this appartment are 1. Very safe and secured apartment as you need key to enter the building. 2. Parking lot is allotted for each unit and covered by roofs which is great for winter. 3. Rooms are spacious and have in unit washer and dryer, ac, heater, dishwasher. Everything under one roof."

"Kate, the Landlord, has been a pleasure while staying at these apartments. She always responded in a very fast, timely manner and was very understanding with several situations. I really enjoyed the quiet area and locked building door ensuring that no one could enter the building unless they had a key. This made us feel a lot safer while living in Rockford. I also really enjoyed being able to enter a maintenance order through the app and it be answered within an hour at most. Thank you Laramie apartments for being so good to our little family!"
"Lived here for 8 months while I was working in Rockford. Rockford may be rough but this apartment complex was great. It came with a washer and dryer, a dishwasher and an AC that connected to Wifi! The management, though offsite, was great to work with and they fixed my AC when it had broken down. I ended up recommending this place to a close friend as well. If you are young and new to the area looking for a simple place that fits your budget, check this one out!"
"The Apartment I moved into was completely renovated and super nice! The staff is always on top of any and all maintenance (quick to respond to any requests), it’s a pretty quiet building/neighborhood (good for walking around too), parking isn’t bad, maintenance comes apartment to apartment to offer spraying for bugs each month which is cool, and the maintenance guys are respectful. Zero complaints."
