"I live in the Wlgin Tower, UNFORTUNATELY, I renewed my lease just days before these people took over. I've had nothing but trouble with the unexplained fees. Today I found a NOTICE OF TERMINATION FOR NON-PAYMENT OF RENT taped on my door, signed by Tina Archer. I have payed my rent amount the same way and same amount since I moved in. Now I have a 200 dollar fee that says rent overdue? Every time i try calling no one answers. This is harassment, don't come to my door and tape a 5 day notice, when no one has tried reaching out to me about this before."
"Location location location, Urban Equity Properties has several properties to choose from mainly in downtown Rockford. Now with their new maintenance system, much more responsive than before. The rent may be higher than what Rockford is but you get more for what you pay for. Plus they are willing to negotiate a bit when you move-in. If you want to live in an up and coming downtown, go UEP in Rockford"
