"I love this place. The workouts are great, effective and different all the time so you never get bored. The instructors are motivating, friendly and very knowledgable. The facility is very clean. However, they have a BAD parking issue. Several times I have driven around for 10-15 minutes trying to find parking and force to skip the workout class because I couldn't find a parking spot. Nothing is worse than scheduling in your workout, driving to the gym and unable to workout at the place you pay to use because you can't find a place to park. Definitely an issue to consider."

"I'm really enjoying the Forever Athlete classes here at ATH Katy. I've been taking the morning classes with Lana and she is really encouraging, energetic, and still very challenging. I know that I will see great results if I stay consistent here. The workouts are very well designed and have a great and healthy mix of mobility and drills, which I love. I have never been an athlete but I love to work out and be challenged. The group setting in the Forever Athlete classes are very fun and keep things interesting. It's easy to make friends with both the other attendees and the staff. The equipment is pristine, so clean and very advanced. They have every fitness machine, equipment, weight you would ever need."
