"The villa sports club is a decent facility with a lousy customer service and no timely maintenance of several gym machines. Some they could overcharge you but there is no one to explain or fix it as remote customer service rarely picks up the phone call or respond to the email. As long as it is going fine, it is great. If they messed up your charges, there is practically no one to help you. Good luck with Villa. I will stay away"

"The facility is great, but I am seriously reconsidering my membership due to a complete lack of customer service or value here? I spend hundreds of dollars at VillaSpa and on my membership alone. This is the 3rd time I've had issues with VS overcharging my account. Hundreds of dollars at a time and not providing adequate resolutions or communicating anything. I was charged an additional 267 dollars this month on top of my membership, and that has not been explained. If I were financially unstable, I wouldn't be able to put up with such horrible service. This wouldn't happen to people of lesser means. I feel completely taken advantage of these are not simple mistakes for 30 dollars here and there. We are talking about holding hundreds of dollars without communicating how any of my purchases will be managed and my refunds as well!!!! Horrible service."

"My family have been members here around 7 months and our experience has been great. Not sure why there's so many negative reviews. Overall, it's a great gym. I go 6-7 days a week and my wife & kids go on the weekends. The childcare center & staff are fantastic, the only issue I've had lately is trying to book time reservations on the app. Hopefully, that will be resolved soon. We have 4 children and have had exactly 0 issues, our kids love the staff and look forward to coming to get their "workouts" in on the weekends. On the weekends sometimes it can be pretty busy so it seems like a bench or particular machine is always in use. Gym is always clean, occasionally a machine is broken for a few days for maintenance. My biggest problem with the gym portion has been members lack of gym etiquette. Not re-racking weights or sitting on a piece of equipment for 20 minutes playing on your phone not doing a single set. Overall though this is a pretty minimal issue. I have not used any trainers so I can't really comment on that side besides they are all really friendly. My wife has done several classes and had great experiences. They even have some kids/family classes. The locker room is always clean as is the men's whirlpool/sauna/steam area. They are always working, if not it's a day to a couple days for routine cleaning/maintenance. I shower here several times a week before work and have never had any issues with cleanliness in the men's shower area. We use the hottubs in the indoor pool area frequently. My only complaint here would be they could be a little more strict on children below 12 having an adult with them in the hottub. This isn't a cheap gym, in fact it is pretty expensive. But I think your level of satisfaction on the price depends on what you are looking for and how much your going to use it. If your looking for somewhere to use some cardio machines for 30 mins a few times a week there's probably some much cheaper options you'll be happier with. For us, the 2 hours of childcare, especially on the weekends, and all the amenities on top of a workout are what make it worth the investment."

"We were guests to the “pool party” and it was a great experience. Lots of lifeguards for the people in the pools and activities for the kids. Food was surprisingly good and service was great overall. Now I’m considering joining the club."
