"Dr Murdoch is great. No complaints about him, but his receptionists/office assistants are awful. Constantly giving me the wrong paperwork for the wrong pets. They never seem to know what they are doing and not to mention extremely rude. Unfortunately I won't be coming back to this vet again due to the low quality of the first people you see when you come in the door. They always are angry and seem bothered by the fact you're making them work. I only give 2 stars because Dr. Murdoch is great with your pets once you get passed the reception area."
