"Mick, Dave, & Heather are amazing! They all do a great job helping people move better & get stronger. They are also very intentional & caring towards everyone. I always learn something new from Mick. Whenever I have any aches & pains, Mick is always happy to show me exercises & stretches to fix it. Working out here has made me love fitness again! This is a gym for people of all walks of life, & everyone’s workout is specific for them."

"Individualized workouts in a small, well-equipped, never crowded (air conditioned!) gym with a knowledgeable staff. A custom workout is designed around your body, your goals, your injuries, and your age/mobility/level of fitness. For my young teen athlete, coaches guide her through a sport-specific workout that safely builds her strength, power, and mobility. She has seen an increase in vertical, speed and conditioning. My adult workout is designed to rehabilitate injuries, protect against future injuries, increase mobility, and build full body strength. You can adjust any exercise to be harder or easier as needed and you track your workouts to see improvements over time. I appreciate how much the staff cares about my daughter and roots for her success. Mick still keeps up with past AF athletes playing in college and beyond. It feels like a family here and we are glad to be a part of it."

"I have been working out at Athletic Foundations for around 8 years now, through the thick of thin of track, baseball, and basketball seasons. If it wasn’t for this gym, I would have never gone off to college to run track. It’s important to workout with a trainer who wants to not only make you stronger or put you in better shape, but also wants to see you heal through any pain or injury you may have sustained in your journey. It goes without saying, from all of the clients at Athletic Foundations, that Mick (along with all of the staff that has accompanied him throughout the years) cares for the success of his clients in and out of the gym. When I trained with other athletes aspiring to continue their athletic careers post-high school, Mick was always the first to try to make it to a game/track meet, ask us how we did if he couldn’t make it, and even check in with us about how we are doing outside of training. We’ve been saying for awhile now that we are an “Athletic Foundations Family,” and with good reason. This gym has brought people together, kept them healthy, and pushed them onto a path of success by giving us a strong work ethic that all starts by taking care of our bodies."
