"$575 for a apartment the size of a shoe box SMDH"
"After 25 months of on-time paid rent, the landlord tried to retaliate evict me. The landlord, Rich Nordstrom, came to my door and my guest answered. The landlord asked my guest to move her car around the parking lot. I then stood up and told Rich that they would be down in just a minute to move their vehicle, and then I closed the door. The landlord proceeded to knock on my door for several minutes, harassing me and my guests during our meal. When I opened the door again, he exclaimed “you’ll have an eviction notice in the morning.” Now because of the global pandemic, and my rent check being accepted, he legally had no right to file paperwork. However, for my sanity, an agreement to vacate in 10 days was made and no eviction paperwork was filed. In addition, every time I expressed the apartment needed maintenance, it never happened. The windows were held up with duct tape. The sinks were leaking. The air conditioning unit had mold. The storm door was flying off and water was leaking in. I’ve never seen an apartment complex so poorly managed. The landlord could hardly manage to form a sentence because of his anger."
