"Terrible , Terrible place. Does not respond to patients,EVER. Does NOT refill medications and he can't be contacted to remind him. You will see him once, then that's it, no follow up for my wife, no injections,no therapy ...all that was promised several months ago. So,don't take my word for it....try calling the office before you chose this doctor....just try it...pick any number and see,because you will NEVER get through or get a return call."

"My mother recently had a surgery done by Dr Salem, she is in need of another surgery but have not heard back from the office or doctor. She has called multiple times throughout the months and nothing, We really need to get in touch with the Dr if possible."

"They are the worst doctors office I've ever seen. If you call no one ever answers and when you leave a voicemail they never call you back. They make appointments for you and write your date on one of their cards and they will change the date so you show up after driving from Centralia to not even be seen! Do not give them important documents to fill out for SSA because they will forget to fill them out or to mail them like they are supposed too! When you arrive for the appointment you will be stuck waiting for 2 hours in the waiting room. Once you're finally in the room with the doctor he will rush through your appointment and brushes off any problem you bring up. He wants to work one problem at a time but 2 years later still haven't fixed the initial problem. Along with the surgeries that I received made the problem worse. And now the neurologist I'm seeing told me he's had to fix multiple patients that Dr Ahmed Mohamed messed up. Hands down the worst doctors office on the planet!"
