"Went to transfer my bike insurance to a local agency. Friendly reception and the process went smoothly. Update/star reduction: Not so smooth.... After a week with no information, I call Progressive directly. Seems my policy request was not processed due to pending premium payment which, was pending process acknowledgement/call to action. A bit of a red tape circle that I had to resolve myself. The expectation was that the agency pursue things of this nature to resolution and contact me for any action required. Not off to a good start and may not remain with the agency."
