"The workers who came to the house to work on the plumbing were very rude. We kindly asked the workers to move their truck over because we had guests coming over and their response was "If you don't want us here, we can leave. I'll let the landlord know you don't want us here." We didn't ask them to move far just a little for a couple guests to park. In no way was this going to impede their work."
"I understand that you're busy...ish! But telling someone you will come out and assess a problem, then don't show or call is UNPROFESSIONAL! Even your receptionist can see us scheduled but can not make YOU make the courtesy call. You made yourself look bad. Shame, shame, shame...."
"Our backyard was flooded and my wife called DnD as every other company either didn't pick up the phone or they didn't feel or issue was a priority. The customer service was massively nice to my wife and got back to us ASAP. The plumbers were super professional and did an amazing job locating and fixing the issue. Would definitely be going to this company again for any future work. In addition, we've been dealing with no AC to our house for the past year with a 4 year old and had about a dozen contractors either flake out after their initial consolation or completely not show up at all after accepting the job. DnD Plumbing keep they're word and having great customer service. If you need a job down right, call up DnD."
"At first D&D was great. They came to our house fixed one issue, and they were super nice. Our washer still wasn’t draining so I called and they came back told us the issue we had and that we would have to call their boss to come look at it and give us an estimate. A few days pass we get an appointment set up for 3. 2hrs later he shows up. He says he’ll call us the next day to give us a price. We end up having to call and ask about pricing... and then he says he’ll call us back again with estimate. Still didn’t call. We call back again he gives us a price. Not sure if they are just understaffed or need more help but management could be better. The office staff was very helpful, Destiny was always sweet when we called. And Esteban and his helper were very polite and friendly."
