"When I initially came in to see Dr. Reid, it would not be an understatement to say I was a complete mess. I was tired all the time, gaining weight, feeling depressed most days, and generally ready to give up. Could not understand why eating a healthy diet and exercising was not helping me. Dr. Reid suggested my problems stemmed from autoimmune disease, so I opted for additional testing. Once I had that information in hand, I started to see positive results. I avoided those foods that triggered the inflammation, had more energy (no more naps!), improved overall mood, and finally the excess weight started coming off. Dr. Reid is able to take complex information and phrase it in such a way that I can easily understand. He encourages me to ask questions and enables me to use the information to my advantage. He makes this process a team effort, and is quick to answer any issues I may have regarding my progress. I have to admit that I was doubtful in the beginning, since no one else had been able to help me. I am so thankful to Dr. Reid for his encouragement and knowledge. It has changed my life for the better."
