"We LOVE New Strength Adaptive Fitness! Our daughter was recommended physical therapy and strength training--especially yoga, martial arts and gymnastics. When we couldn't find anywhere that would be able to accommodate her (she is visually impaired and has some sensory special needs), our school therapist recommended here! Coach John is the most wonderful teacher who is compassionate with the kids, expertly skilled at training, and whose energy and passion shine through in every aspect of his gym. Our daughter now sees him three times a week and her strength, balance and energy has exploded! We love coming here and will be patrons for life!"

"Coach John and his team are so passionate about the work they do. They’re positive, encouraging, and take the time needed to understand their clients and help them succeed. They customize a program for my son, who has autism, based on his interests and needs. Whereas we don’t always get far with new activities, at New Strength my son is already showing progress after a few weeks. This is because the team asks questions to understand his unique sensory and developmental needs, and they aren’t afraid to get in there and try things until they figure out what works. Most importantly, my son is having fun, moving in new ways, gaining strength and confidence, and learning. I’m so happy that our community has this amazing resource and thankful that the New Strength team is there to give everyone the chance realize their potential!"

"We wanted our daughter to start gymnastics but the average gym with packed classes was just not the right setting for her. Coach John has created the perfect environment for kids like my daughter. She has so far done 4 one-on- one classes with Coach Kaylee, and we have already seen progress. We can't wait to see where our daughter's gymnastics journey goes here at New Strength."

"This gym was created just for the Special Needs population, there is NOTHING else like it! My son has been with John for over 4 years and the left, right side brain work that Martial Arts and Yoga work on is SO critical to his development! Now they also offer gymnastics & adaptive weight training!! John and his team know how to work with OUR KIDS and Adults with unique needs. Can't say enough good things about this gym!"
