"Incredibly disappointing show. Was advertised as a real ballet performance, not as a school recital. We had to leave at intermission, we couldn't bring ourselves to stay and finish it, which was incredibly disappointing as we spent a lot of money on tickets. We also prepaid for parking and our pass was never checked, same as our tickets. We probably could have just walked in and saved ourselves almost 200 dollars. We were so excited for this but it was just so disappointing!!!!! Hopefully we can find some real ballet soon."

"My daughter has taken classes at North Central for a few years, and I've been so impressed with the level of care and instruction given to the students. These teachers know their stuff, will make sure that their dancers are well-trained, but even more important, they've formed a community of families and dancers that is inclusive, supportive, and homey. This is definitely a studio worth attending."
"North Central Ballet didn't tell us, until the DAY BEFORE THE AUDITION, that child dancers are required to pay an $80 fee, sell over $200 worth of tickets, and sell a $125 program ad. Our daughter, who was so excited about auditioning, was in tears when we told her those requirements would preclude her from taking part in the audition. When we contacted North Central Ballet to suggest that they should share this information upfront on their website well before the audition date, they blamed us for not asking. They claimed part of the reason they don't post such information publicly online is because other studios have tried to steal their ideas in the past. So I'm sharing the information we've leaned here; maybe it can spare other little girls the heartbreak our daughter has experienced, and help parents know beforehand that this company isn't a particularly transparent one."
